Your data and purchases are protected with industry-standard encryption. Each user account is completely private and isolated. You cannot access other users' purchase history or lead data. All transactions are secured through PayPal.

6. Lead Quality

Sellers on LeadNest are responsible for the quality and accuracy of leads they provide. LeadNest is not responsible for the quality, validity, or performance of leads purchased. Users should verify leads before use and report any issues to the seller.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team with your purchase ID and refund request. Refunds are subject to verification of the purchase and reason for refund.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
